Reunion Cancelled for Aug 12, 2017

I have cancelled the Aug 12, 2017 Will Family reunion due to lack of interest. Only 5 other people said that they were coming and it's only a few weeks away. I'd like to hear if anyone is even interested in a reunion. If there is a good amount of interest, then maybe we can consider when and where it might make sense to have one.

It's time to start on a book

Will Family:
It's time to start on a book about our family. My mother's family just published a book about her family. We can put one together too. We need stories.  Can you start writing them down and send them to me?

The Passing of my dad, Henry C. Will IV (aka Hank)

Thank you to all of you who offered prayers for our family and sent us words of consolation on the recent passing of my father on January 9, 2014.
It was a rough road with many decisions to be made. Dad was well taken care of in the hospital and hospice. He was comfortable.
My brother said it well in the funeral service which we had in the same church where mom and dad were married. My brother's remarks drew a wonderful parallel analogy. He told me these were not from him, but that they came to him in a dream. He related how my dad was well known for helping so many people by getting things for them and fixing things for them. But, as my brother related, my dad often would get frustrated at things while working on them. He would yell at them and talk to them in frustration. So, it wasn't that he enjoyed the actual work, but he did it in order to help people and have a relationship with them. He was a people person.  The analogy that my brother related was from my dad to God. My brother related that God also didn't necessarily enjoy being crucified for us, to save us from our sins (when we wander from him), but Jesus Christ made the sacrifice because he wanted a relationship with us. He cares for you. Consider allowing him to come into your life.

John 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.

Our Dad went to be with the Lord early this morning. Thank you all for your continued prayers and concern.

"Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? ... Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:1,2,6)

2012 Will Family Reunion and Celebration of Hank Will's 90th Birthday

Today we held the Will Family Reunion and Celebration of the 90th Birthday of Hank (Henry C. Will III).

We shared the family tree, photos of the Will family from 1922 to the present, photos of Will Family Reunions from 1949 to the present, and a family history which is being written by Karen Will.

People asked for these to be posted so that they can get access.

I am working on uploading them to the yahoo site. You will soon be able to get copies of them there.

If you're not already in the yahoo group, use the link on the left here to join.

Please identify who you are so that we know you are really part of the family.

Keep checking back here to the website for information on when I have all of this information uploaded so that you can get access!
